We know that big feelings can be really hard for children. We have created the Feelings Collection to help your child navigate their emotions. This interactive chart makes it easy for children to identify and understand their emotions. With colourful illustrations and simple language, this chart is perfect for children of all ages.

Feelings can look different for people as everyone experiences and expresses emotions differently, we have made sure our Feelings Collection represents this.

This easy-to-use chart encourages children to track, express and identify their feelings on a daily basis, helping your child to better understand and manage their emotions. 

Created by the Everyday OT Ireland team this Feelings Collection is tried and tested and used daily in both our homes.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL FILE:

Once you have purchased your digital file your digital file will be available to download immediately on your purchase confirmation page.

You will also receive a confirmation email to your provided email address (please check your junk folder) where you can also download your digital file.
